Project
The new identity need to be recognised as Sunrise but move away from the consumer brand for clearer internal communication. The client requested an easy to implement solution as a range of employees would use the brand in everyday communications.
Insight
The brand should feel like a 5am sunrise, representing the background work before seeing the consumer brand. It incorporates elements and colours from the original brand to keep recognition.
Solution
The warm gradient works as a background asset to draw attention. Keeping the other brand elements simple contrasts the vibrant background. Introducing a 'key-line' style for super-headers and illustrations creates another level of recognition when the gradient asset isn't used.
We provided comprehensive guidelines for the rebrand, showing how the elements work across different mediums. Going into detail to provide a data visualisation palette that is accessible but also fits the new brand colour scheme.
